Heard from person in Bedminster yesterday that there is a list of monthly layoff numbers circulating. February is 51.

Actually...they did file a WARN in NJ. Filed in November. Effective date is 2/20/25. Number is 51.

They need the number to be 50 or less to skip the WARN notice.

The have to inform the state of NJ of any layoffs coming up it’s called the WARN act. That gets published online. I don’t see anything for AT&T for February. Also in NJ I think you get 3
additional months of pay making it 9 months of severance.

There are management layoffs scheduled every month. There is no secret here. The calendar is in the HR portal. If you make it past the notification date for that month you are good until the next notification date.
