Severance service/payout weeks unchanged. Maybe this will keep the repeat questions and conspiracies from popping up on here.

Unfortunately it won't change anything. Low informed posters will believe any crazy conspiracy theory. A good 95% of the posts on this board are either bad predictions of future events or factually false statements.

I'm in my self imposed severance period, quitting end of Q1. New career outside banking ready to go. Thank you Charlie!

They allow an option to order a physical copy of this thing. What a wasted expense. So called Shart "efficiency" that he's always touting at its best.

You’d think they would put the changes in the email, but I guess that would be too efficient and Wells does no know efficiency.

They aren’t going to change it from what it currently is. They have already reduced it. What is currently is aligns with the undustry.

By May or June we will start to see the annual conspiracy theory posts about how severance is getting cut in half for 2026.
