Who ever got exceeds. Good for you. Your comp will be = to last year and they will tell you how much they love you but times are tough and you should feel good because it was very hard to get this year. Then you get all giddy and think it is a big bump. Sorry my friend

There's an "integrated timeline" for Perf. Mgmt. and Compensation that you can find if you search Teamworks. It will show when Perf. Mgmt. and Comp decisions need to get made, when they are calibrated, when they should be communicated, etc. Jan. 29th is the earliest that managers are supposed to communicate merit and bonus amounts, but they aren't to do so until they receive an email from HR saying they can go. So all these people posting what their merit and bonus %'s were already on this site are either lying or their managers didn't follow the rules/direction. Either of which are totally plausible.
