RTO is a joke-- There are 'engineers' here in the Atlanta area that have figured out that they can visit a customer location that is 'close to home' for a couple of hours a day and no-one says a thing about it-- And while at that customer location, they work on other stuff not related to that customer along with personal 'stuff'.

So? We are all doing what we need to to make it through this phase. I see a lot of people coming in at 10 or leaving at 2. Big deal, if your PR looks good, who cares.
We have folks in my group that come at 10:00 as they have a long commute and stay until 6:00 and others come in at 6:00 and are out at 2:00 and log in when at home. If they are working and doing their full 8 hours why question it?

RTO is great and DEI is so stupid! I like to see people work and that are capable. Not being that checked a box.

Those engineers can probably use verbs.

It’s not
The application I currently work on was to be retired in 2006. T2R was supposed to be the replacement. Yet, here we are - no closer to its retirement than 19 years ago. T2R is as big a joke as RTO. PI-1000 is very accurate.

RTO is the d-mbest thing this company has ever done.
