Cuts to staffing have gone too far. My US team is expected to do India 'clean-ups' everyday and then do our own work pushing code through the DevOps gauntlet. This means 10-12 hours day without compensation for extra hours. Of course extra hours can be worked at home.

Don't worry OP. HY and their lapdogs are working hard to replace you with even more Indians. They don't really care if it saves money, if they need to hire 5x the people they are fine with it, so long as American workers are gone.

Just work your 8 hours and be done.
as an exempt employee you get a salary and are paid the same whether you work 5 hours or 15 hours per day
