I was laid off in September so I didn’t receive my 401K match. What if I am rehired within 6 months? Can I get it?

Doubtful. But if you’re rehired within six months you should retain your seniority for things like vesting 401k matched funds and annual PTO allocation

No, you can't get the match, unfortunately. But if rehired you will automatically get the match for next year and won't have to wait a year like new hires.
Fairly certain the conditions state you must be an employee at the time of posting, so I'd said no.
