My company is further down the road of RTO. There's no concern about having enough room for employees to "fit", they will simply downsize / outsource until those remaining do.

Plano has 6 sites/buildings listed. All but 2 are set to RTO 03/03. This would mean that they have already confirmed there is ample space for those located at those sites. the 2 undetermined are Legacy West B and Legacy West F, if you are in either of these sites/buildings then they are still working through the kinks. Those impacted and requiring RTO should have already been notified. those remaining remote got less clear communication, probably because they don't want to finalize anything or create animosity among the groups since 90% of employees are RTO but some are still remaining remote which a lot of people would consider "Unfair".

There are OSHA restroom requirements, which cannot be met currently, in many locations.

1 to 15 employees: 1 toilet facility
16 to 35 employees: 2 toilet facilities
36 to 55 employees: 3 toilet facilities
56 to 80 employees: 4 toilet facilities
81 to 110 employees: 5 toilet facilities
111 to 150 employees: 6 toilet facilities
For workforces exceeding 150 employees, the requirement increases by one additional toilet for every 40 additional employees. Additionally, in male-only facilities, the number of urinals can be increased as long as the number of toilets does not fall below two-thirds of the number specified in the standard.

Just add couple desks and computer screens in the bathrooms, issue will be resolved.

Yeah, we got notice yesterday. No way everyone’s coming back full time. It’s a mess as it is on a day where most people are in. This decision for RTO will backfire. They need to consider running Polaris as a hybrid work location, being that it is HQ and the biggest building.
