Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Anyone receive a “T0tal Variable C0mpensation” TVC payment?

Anyone know what this is all about or why it would be given to someone who got a below meets on their annual review? Since they aren’t getting a raise, is this a small token of their appreciation so they don’t complain?

Disagree with P4 numbers. Try 7k for IM and 19k for M

once your bonus exceeds 50k it gets split into cash and RSR, 80/20 to start then the higher your bonus goes the higher % goes to stock.

Total variable compensation (TVC) is the formal term for bonus or incentive. It includes any cash payment and deferred stock/RSRs for those who are eligible/hit the threshold for deferred compensation. People who get below meets can still be eligible, but usually would get less/decreased from prior years or others who are performing at meets or above.

I knew of someone in FCRM - PI - was IM or bad reviews and would still get a bonus, but no raise for 3 years at least.

For salaried employees, it is your base pay per annum (per year) plus the bonus.
