This place su-ks and it su-ks hard. I've been here for lets say a while. The headcount every single year gets just a little d-mber. Mangers who don't even understand what they manage, meetings at 5am, the d-mbest man in the room talks to himself for hours on calls that go over by hours. Indians who send emails to distro's that include 1k people. My sister worked for the gov't, the way she described it years ago is now exactly how this place is. Whoever is the d-mbest person in the room, put them in charge, let them speak as long as they want and let them decide the course of the ship for the next 5 years, that's the new Wells Fargo way.
