Can husband and wife work in the same team in Cigna? It is affecting the work culture and make the team’s building and decisions biased?

My experience is that if you both are busds with the manager no big deal - yep we will hire you both. And rank both at the top so when JE come up they sit pretty. Seems fair to me.
If you have a specific concern about a situation on your team why not bring it up to your skip level or HRBP?
Husband and wife cannot report to the same manager but they can be in the same department with different managers. That said, I've seen quiet exceptions.
It shouldn’t be.It’s a responsibility of mangers to have a fair recruitments in a team.
