Greater than 0 merit means likely no layoff in first half of year
Is this true? Today, my manager suddenly scheduled 1:1 tmrw morning 8 am....
This is my second year, so I don't know what other things could be discussed besides the notice..
I'm sure they'll wait until after performance cycle — both those who leave voluntarily after their bonus & those who are let go.
The epitome of corporate sophistication: "We re fuxked!!" Wow, I'm impressed. It takes a lot of skill and nuance to express oneself in such a thoughtful and articulate manner. I mean, who needs things like "grammar" or "spelling" when you're trying to convey the depth of your emotions about impending layoffs?
I heard the same about both layoff tuesdays in Feb. Pick me!!!
