Does anyone know how this works if out on a short term disability? I'm missing comp and bonus discussions.
When does the bonus get paid out?
Performance reviews were due 1/31. Compensation convos are due 2/9.
Those were to be completed by 1/31. Check to see if your comp statement is in Workday.
In the same boat. No news on bonus or raise. Work in the credit card department.
That's really inexcusable at this point. Just call him out.
Take it as a sign of things not good. My manager and his manager's manager sc--wed me over on my review which at Wells Fargo is the professional way to professionally disrespect somebody and insert psychological and emotional control over their workplace by labeling it as you're at fault and no one else is so change who you are.
Be thankful if you get something cuz I'm not getting anything and I had to hunt down my manager and force him to tell me because nothing gets him riled up then being a blue falcon to his subordinates.
If you're not looking for another job you might as well start now before Wells Fargo subverts it psychological control over you and destroys your personal and professional life
