What action do you think is appropriate? Keeping in mind none of us lower than executive level have any control over displacements - heck, we don't have a clear understanding of the rules of this displacement game! Employees in core locations with good performance reviews are getting displaced while remote workers are still employed. Maybe the only thing true is newbie employees hired to core locations are the only ones "safe" (for now). How many of us are silently struggling with this hanging over our heads? I have been conditioned to keep on working or find another job...right now it is my choice.
