Can anyone confirm that some fabs are "warming down" for 2-3 during Christmas/New Years? What's this all about?

All Fabs, all nodes stopping production for a 2 week period over the holidays. Israel site choosing dates to align to their own holidays.
Normal given finished goods inventory is rising. Also can do major facilities maintenance at that time. A lot of fabs that don't have elastic end markets do this during slow times especially around the holidays. So makes logical sense to me.
Standard cost reduction plan. Chip shortages have eased up 6months ago. Semi are in downturn. People will be spending a lot to keep themselves warm this winter and don’t have money for much else.
Save money as nobody wants Intel products.
