Hey—40 year old middle manager here and I bet I despise RTO more than all of you put together. There’s a ton of fat to be trimmed here at Wells (hint : most of them have been here doing the same role for 10-15 plus years) and no longer have anything valuable to contribute. They hide behind the “long” hours they put in and the zero value add projects they come up with to justify their existence. Look around you….they’re literally everywhere.

Lol I still wouldn’t come in either. These 40+ y/o middle managers are fu----g losers 😂 they literally have to beg and use policy and still get no-shows. When will they learn?
