I am working on a spreadsheet to evaluate job offers. Listing pros and cons of ExxonMobil and other companies and then doing the math comparison as well. Anyone else already created something similar? Willing to share a link to their version or comment on your evaluation method? I am using the total compensation PDF we get every year, pension simulator, etc to feed my analysis

You don’t need a spreadsheet to compare job offers or companies. Paralysis by analysis / the Exxon way.
It doesn’t take a genius to know there are lot better places to work than here. If the only thing you are comparing is compensation, then you have a problem.
I use a compound interest calculator to estimate how soon I can retire. Not soon enough unfortunately.
