Can't recall all the details of the formula, but just read that hourly workers profit sharing will be similar to last years. Predictions on salaried bonus? I believe it was near 70% at the end of Q3.

@ct+1jkd9rfvg Stock valuations show that nobody believes in Model E as a start up. Go away, please. Perhaps you can use you software skills adding tip screens to carryout food payments.

Totally disagree with your frivolous statement. Model e is a start-up within the company. Been said many times in this forum. DF had a great and frank discussion about software at the GTH today that you really need to listen to.
DF and the whole Model E team should get nothing but termination notices. Another 5 billion down the drain, with no end in sight.
Anyone have an inside scoop? I'm guessing like last year they will game it low (quality!) because they are on the hook to give the UAW such big profit sharing.
We'll continue to see salaried sc--wed to pay for the huge UAW contract.
Insane that leadership gives people a low company multiplier, but then give an extra .15 dividend on top of the normal .15 cent dividend to pat themselves in the back.
One, you can go back to your email from Q3 where we were told the updated forecast. Two, you will get an email before the end of the week telling you what the final number is.
I was disappointed last year (it was about 50%), so I'm not going to expect much this year.
Seriously, your manager can answer this question.
