Executives get remodeled offices on campus at obscene expense. You get remodeled trailer houses in Carlsbad. Midland you get crammed into every nook and cranny remaining in the building with no onsite perks. Fair right?

All the campus residents are being hot decked to empty out five campus buildings so they can turn out the lights and save a few Pennies. The disrespect and F you attitude is everywhere at XOM. We not longer even pretend to the employees are useful.
The goal is for all of us to quit and let Bangalore do everything.

‘Will Dallas executives be implementing Neighborhoods when they move on to campus too? To be clear, will they have unassigned, open seating? If it makes sense for the globe, won’t it make sense for our leaders too?’
We can’t even get our field office build in Midkiff outside Midland even though we have owned the land for years.
