RTO suggestion

With the rigid RTO policy people are coming into the office. I don’t have kids in daycare, but I take home whatever’s going around. My coworkers have sick kids that make them sick and they make the team sick.

Social Media Team - please pass along my feedback of having sick sections (like at a doctor office) so coworkers are not impacted by their coworkers sick kids. We don’t work in fast food but this is what it feels like.

I used to go in once or twice a week when we had most meetings with customers and leadership/1-1 etc. Rest of the days, I could code in peace, with occasional sametime/edifire meetings. No one was worried and we got our work done well, ahead of time. I don't know what has happened to people. Everyone is angry at everyone else, all the time.

I remember going in less and getting to choose the days and it not being a big deal if you were sick

Don't you people remember we used to go into the office daily/weekly pre-2020? Hardly remember anyone getting sick except for the usual times. Stop whining about getting sick at work. If your manager doesn't su-k absolute donkey do-g you should be using the workday exception and WFH if you're that sick.

Please also have my feedback of having a separate bathroom for people who hyperventilate while taking a $hit. I truly don’t understand.

I makes me so annoyed and angry how much people are constantly hacking in the office, from the moment you get in there. DISGUSTING!

I went in sick today. 2 connect weeks in a row I’ve brought something home the team had. So I’m just following my coworkers example.

I get the meat sweats and diarrhea cramps every time I go into the office.

I’m not ever going to try to legally prove how I got sick. I just want my sick coworkers to be able to have the freedom to sit in another area so they don’t make the team sick. We all have the same illness at the same time multiple. It’s not a coincidence.

Legal ramifications for getting COVID or another viral infection because you're going into the office? Good luck trying to prove where you picked up the bug. It's ok to go to a pro sports game, show at. Comedy club or movie, or on vacation, but nooooo we can't go into the office we might get sick!!!!!!!

There are no legal ramifications for what they're doing. Which is why they can. The amount of people who are sick and coming to work is horrifying.

Fidelity is basically the fast food of the brokerage industry. This is what we get for working here

Exactly coming into the office just to have casual collisions to pick up the latest virus to bring home to our immune compromised family members. People clearly sick need to stay tf home and not worry about badge swipes.

I know the first weeks we did 2 weeks a month, there was a big outbreak of covid. And the building was horribly overpopulated, makes you wonder what legal ramifications there are for things like this.
