@fzc+1jkeXxdS XOM is the problem. Not XTO. Before the merger XTO offered free health insurance that was better than XOM’s current plans. They also matched 401k up to 10 or 12 percent and had bonuses and stock options.

Their on site perks are differentiating in ExxonMobil speak. I give Pioneer a rating of Outstanding and XTO a rating of NSI with year over multiple years no improvement. Time to fire XTO based on demonstrated inability to respond to feedback and improve.
