Shuttle Service to Houston
The company has initiated a shuttle program that will provide bi-weekly flights between the company’s office in Loving, NM and the corporate office in Houston, TX. This provides greater accessibility to colleagues and is intended to improve collaboration.
New Office
The company opened its new office in Loving in May 2019 (pictured to the right). The office is fit-for-purpose and includes workout facilities and furniture, like sit/stand desks, to promote health and wellness.

Id bet money that my supervisor and HR are just as pi---d as i am at how uncompetitive XTO is compared to others and the unwillingness of the executives to do anything about it. THE EXECUTIVES KNOW AND ARE INTENTIONALLY DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. Why is the answer to everything go talk to your supervisor? You think a supervisor can authorize competitive compensation and a decent building to work in?
