It’s going to house your H1B visa replacements.
i changed my mind on the lithium comment. I do not think this visit is for lithium...The fayetteville shale is too far north for it to have smackover lithium. Alternately, the fayetteville shale is near fayetteville arkansas and the university of arkansas and bentonville (Walmart)...It is in ideal location for a data center with gas fired power with gas purchased from SWN. Lot's of land and colling water.
I heard Calgary office is closing and moving down
SWR has large acreage position in Arkansas. That means in the Smackover and all of that has Lithium potential. Probably scoping an expansion of acreage to produce more Lithium or create a joint venture or buy SWN outright. XOM had a large fee acreage position, when I retired in 2016. I am not sure if this has been sold. IF it were me trying to monetize Arkansas, I would have farmed -out the shallow potential (there is a shallow horizonal shale play that EM drilled a bunch of shallow horizontal wells with SWN back in 2007 to 2008.) SWN operated these wells. I would have farmed down to SWN but kept the deep smackover potential, so hopefully an id--t did not give away the Lithium opportunity in the smackover. Arkansas brines also produce bromine and chlorine.
I think you probably mean the SWN (Southwestern Energy) building at 10000 energy drive. If they actually were there looking, which wouldnt shock me, it would be for overflow I’d guess. I doubt we’d sell the campus to buy/move into SWN. I don’t think entire bldg is available, but some floors are if we wanted to rent space out.
What is SWR?
