Some executives are so inbreed in EM culture that they don't even have a LinkedIn account.
They tell to themselves: why should I reach out to a network outside EM if all I need is to network with my sponsor and my VP? Why should I learn about how other leaders outside EM operate, if all I need to do is to obey and mimic the behaviors of my sponsor and VP?
They even marry with EM people! Pathetic.
