According to the last 10K filing, there's a total of 66,834,666 outstanding # of shares to be issued upon exercise of options, warrants, and rights from approved equity compensation plans. A sale of $6 million is < 1% of this. You don't think any executives or regular employees sell their RSUs or exercise stock options when they vest?
