Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

No Super Bowl commercials. Again.

T mobile had two commercials, all the big plays - apple, google, meta, coke, had their ads. We used to have the best ads. This is so disappointing.

Why spend money on SB commericals when the company has nothing to say?
TMOB and ATT have stolen the spotlight and they aren't giving it back willingly.

I didn't watch but this is good news. We outsource and cut like we are going out of business. While sending in the top of all advertising. And it always generic brand bs. Verizon. Why? Verizon Yeah but why? Look I changed the logo a little.

What does this have to do with layoffs?

They spent the money on the fan experiences. Probably better bang for the buck.

Silly comment. $8M for a spot. If we had an ad you will be complaining that it was a waste.

That’s because Ricardo got his boondoggle and fan girl dreams come true last year when they did that stupid Beyoncé commercial.

You should be lucky they didn't have ads. Total waste of money.

Wasn't needed since they had the fan experiences set up in all league cities.

Have you seen any of the photos from the game or around town?

If Verizon had an ad, you'd be complaining about all the money we wasted on it and how many jobs it was worth.
