Not until Chase does.
Our leaders only copy, never innovate.
i wish!
The volunteer buyout thing would make talented people quit, because they would get paid a lot of money and would get another job fast. So this would work against Wells Fargo. The ones staying would be the ones who wouldn't be able to find another job as fast.
I highly doubt it. They don't need to. They'll just pick who they want to get rid of.
I do know of a few people who volunteered to get a package-- they were wanting to retire and had a bunch of years with the company.
I'd take a package-- my luck is I'll have to deal with all the BS and then leave w/out a package.
Please please pick me
It will never happen.
NO. This "fork in the middle of the road" volunteer buyout would be a nice way to do this. Wells wants to do this as cheaply as possible. Why? Well, it has big plans to turn into an investment bank. just today they recruited a former UBS advisor team that oversaw $1.6 billion in assets. What did this cost the bank?
