retired B3 here. unlimited time off, which equated to any vacation was a working vacation. i technically took 4 weeks, but checked/responded to email and had the occassional phone call. not sure how typical that was.

I think B3 execs don’t accrue PTO, which technically means they have unlimited days off… but I have never ever seen any leader take advantage by taking off more than 4 weeks in a single year. My guess is that it would make them look bad if they did.

And in states like CA, these leaders don’t get paid out for any unused PTO if they were to leave (since they technically don’t have any PTO to be paid out).

I think my manager may take 4 weeks she's always here and a few scattered days off unless she's sick for covid she did take I think 2 weeks which understandable. Just because they offer unlimited time rarely do those take full advantage like us who have to use it or lose it.

while true, I don't know any of us who actually has actually ever used it.

Most if my peers go with the 4-5 weeks vacation (and many even less)

Rare sick days. (I hate how they come in sick. Stop it already, you're not that important. Bank will run fine if you don't infect the rest of us)

Never heard of any taking a "Personal" day.

(What the F is that?)
