You can backdate. Peoplesoft worked that way. Workday works that way. Seen the data enough to know some of the disasters the people here manage to cause in the data.

as my dad used to say, you'll get it when you get it.

I wouldnt worry, while it may not currently be displaying in workday, your new salary is current in effect and will be represented in your Feb 28 pay check. additionally, you'll get your bonus, if eligible, this Friday.

all this info is on Teamworks. new titles and salaries became effective on 2/9. You could also search through the countless other posts from the last couple weeks.
