Ready for my RTO raise

How much will I get. Will people who were forced to work in the office 5 days a week before RTO get a higher raise

Are you new? People don’t get bigger raises for the work they do or how many days they come to the office. It is a popularity contest, and who you know. Want a bigger raise, get to know all the supervisors in your org better and volunteer to help them.

Funny how all of these employees rated exceeds, believe in their own minds they are fireproof. They do not believe RTO applies to them, they are in for a real surprise.

Gen Z are being targeted along with Retirement Eligible. Gen Z are the biggest abusers of not wanting to RTO.

Why do you expect a raise?

You will get between 0% and 3% and nothing more. That is the industry standard.

The cost of commuting is already included in your base salary.

1-2%. Maybe up to 3 if you are lower on the pay scale. Pretty sad really. Hearing other companies been giving 5-10% the past few years.
