Curious is everyone in the US who has to “RTO” to “collaborate together” with members of their team who are not even in the same state also get WF funded electric taxis to shuttle you to and from work as they do in India?

Surprised people still watch the Townhall.
The “chat” was just another traveling circus with nothing of value to report of significance (for the majority of us). Only reason a bunch of us watched was to see if someone who had the microphone handed to them actually asked a tough question, but it was high level stuff only.
They try and make the employees feel “empowered” as if we actually have a voice. All these surveys are for is to see how Pi---d off employees are…it’s a way for the enterprise to see how much they can get away with before employees just leave and find another job. If you believe anything otherwise, you have your head buried in the sand.
I was there in person, it was good. He’s a really laid back guy. They took a few questions from online and in person, but most questions were stupid and don’t apply to most people. The biggest question that is on everyone’s mind is why the he-l are we even in the office and why is the company pumping all this money into these campuses where no one even wants to be. We worked remote 100% for 4 years during Covid and now all of a sudden they want to bring people back because we’re “better together”. It’s so stupid. I waste probably 1 1/2 - 2 hours a day in commute time just to come into this office and do exactly what I can do from home. Half the time I don’t even see anyone from my team. It’s stupid. Stop putting requirements on people to come into the office, I’m sure most people would agree that people are more productive at home.
