Success bonus

From what I am reading on onestop it sounds like as long as you were on payroll thru 12/31/24 you get your success bonus.has anyone heard differently? I am planning on resigning Friday and based on what i see I will get the bonus. I won’t ask my mgr as I am leaving without notice.

Must be on payroll 3/1 to receive last years success bonus UNLESS you retired or were surplussed. Termination for cause or quitting before 3/1/25 equals no payout of 2024 success bonus. Just looked it up a couple days ago. There is a whole table in the policy if you know where to dig for it.

Is this different if worked all last year and then opting for termination in January 2025 vs resignation?

You should get all your bonus per the guidelines. Good luck in your next adventure outside the T!

My understanding is the same as yours. If we leave any time in 2025 before the 2024 bonus payout in March 2025, we still get the 2024 payout. We will not get any 2025 bonus paid in 2026 though obviously.

If you leave on your own before 12/31 you will get nothing. Surplussed or retired is prorated.

Just stop showing up and see how long they will still pay you.

you get your bonus in March prorated for whenever you left last year, leaving this year means you will receive your prorated amount next March.
