The so called executive leading our group never shared the participation rate nor survey results. One can only assume they were pathetic and embarrassing. Why is he still in the job. I can’t see how he has been successful leading a large team by ANY measure. Why is he still here? No accountability!

It is unmitigated highest-order hypocrisy that we are expected to share our thoughts and then those very results are not shared back in full transparency. It is Loudspeaker worthy. At least.
Apparently we have spineless invertebrates masquerading as leaders in our ranks… who’d have thunk?
They cannot share them because it is trending so bad that they cannot show improvement. Also be careful because this is not a "blind" survey - there is enough demographics in it that they may figure out who is who. The best thing you can do is NOT participate - that hurts the most
Breaking the culture and devaluing employees is a feature, not a bug.
Never respond to these things. The best possible outcome is that they ignore the results. So why bother?
Negative results ARE their measurement of success.
This was my 4th survey cycle here, and each year the results disappear more than the previous year.
The only thing we saw was a lame tramworks plug with super ecstatic employees in bright backgrounds. Hello! We work here!
This is the last survey I’ll be participating in and providing any meaningful feedback. It’ll be 3’s across the board with no comment. Doesn’t matter but I don’t want to be dogged by management to participate either.
in my group we at least see the results and have a few discussions about them before they are never to be heard from again.
