Was On Presence Report Despite 5 Days In

Boss showed it to me & told me to reply and tell them I was in 5 days RTO with him.

Wtf is wrong with this company.

They’re telling people to install Google so we can track your movement so you can prove where you are and there are other people taking pictures of themselves badging in every day with the timestamps so they can prove where they are

I was on a non compliance report for January from HR and it was incorrect. HR report claimed I was in office less days and hours than I actually was. My supervisor had a report that showed me badging in more days than the HR report. They talked with HR and got me off the Jan non compliance list. My question is what can I do to prove I am meeting my RTO requirements? I keep a tracking sheet but should I be taking a daily picture?

"Btw they are tracking a lot more than badge swipes & pings to see if you are at work or on the vpn."

Not sure how long you've worked at AT&T, but if you think HR is sophisticated enough to build some sort of accurate tracking system beyond badge swipes, along with reporting that doesn't su-k completely, then I don't know what to tell you. The few smart people at T are actually doing work for the business. The rest are id--ts.

Demand Transparency - they should publish the report(s) and share what data creates the results.

Imagine the company you work for wrongfully accusing you of not reporting to work when you absolutely did.

To have to defend yourself from such an offensive accusation….

What a s-h-I-T hole this is.

Someone sue their azzes immediately

It was suggested that you install one of the google apps, probably maps as it tracks everywhere you go. You can see your locations on a map. Android phones do this by default.

As for the presence report I was only shown the part of it that shows my badge swipes. They did not show me the lan connects, pings or anything else. They sent me a screen snip. Whether that other stuff is there I don’t know.

I asked to see the report & was told I am not allowed to see it.

Something doesn't add up with this post.

First- "Everyone" is "on" the Presence Report.

So I guess you were saying you were flagged for noncompliance?

So , your badge swipes were not registered? Showed no time as "internal" LAN?

Can’t hide where I am. I see my boss every day. He sits 15 feet from me. If I wasnt there he would know immediately.

Btw bring your own computer to work with you & attach it to your personal cell phone. Than you have total privacy.

Why weren’t you really in the office?

I was told the same thing. I asked to see this “report” and was told “no”.
It’s just another way to harass us to quit since att only wants non employees. Cheaper employees with no benefits.
Anyone surprised sales aren’t making our targets?

Btw they are tracking a lot more than badge swipes & pings to see if you are at work or on the vpn.

Things like:

Keystrokes

Mouse clicks

Web sites you visit

Teams everything

If your computer is asleep - if it’s asleep it means you are not sitting there.

take a pic showing the "use by date" from a loaf of bread to show "proof" of presence.

Not sure which report it came from. I only saw my data showing me not coming in 2 days.

I replied to my bosses email as he said.

With that being said I forwarded all the emails home along with pictures I took.

Going forward I am keeping track of everything they say & do. I have an employment lawyer that knows his stuff.

I wonder if you can fire an employee that says they came into the office and really did not!

Are you talking about the Power BI report or hours report ?

At this point of time there are so many reports it’s hard to keep track.

Imagine implementing 5 days RTO using bad data and then using the same bad data to fire them.

Lots of lawsuits coming their way

The errors in the RTO tracker are known and easy to prove. Easy wrongful term suit.
