@1qkl. No, not all all. What is stupid is the people on here who keep complaining that they aren't getting a separation package. If you want to leave, then do so. Retire, find another job - do what people have always done. Or, if you are such a good employee, you can stay. Separation packages are to avoid lawsuits when removing people. If you aren't being pushed out, why would lawsuit avoidance packages be necessary?

@1ueb. What do you mean? Good performers that stay aren't getting paid? Why would a company offer someone that they want to stay incentive to leave? Hey, you've done a great job and we really need you for this project- here is your severance, good bye. Try to make sense.

Someone please ask this question: Is it really your intent to encourage all emoloyees to aspire to be poor performers? (9 months pay is only offered to poor performers.) What do you perceive are the optics here?

glad i left in 2018. ZERO focus on product despite his highness proclaiming himself a "CAR GUY". More like a comedian like his cousin.
BF deer in headlamps. Way in over his head. Ask if he will step down after the TRAIN STATION debacle. Total waste of corporate funds to try and boost a legacy. if his name were not on the side of the building he would have been fired long ago. Again, the Free Press & Wall Street ignore this.

Address.
Mining pollution
No range or charging stations
No beefed up grid
Fires... safety
Costly
Loss of salary and hourly jobs

Ask the following question.

Ford stock price declined from $25 down to $12. There's a gap in the charts down to $5. What time frame do you think we fill that gap?

The same people that didn't see the Ford to $1 camp many years ago, won't see it's decline down to $5 either. It would be crickets.

This question was just brushed off in last town hall. It needs to be asked again with more indignation. Can someone please ask why they are giving 9 months pay to poor performers only? Ask if we should all aim to be poor performers? Is that the message they are sending?
