When applying for internal postings, can your current manager view the job applications you have applied for in Workday?

A hiring manager for a job you are posting for can see how many other jobs you’ve posted for. So if it’s a high # they may take your application less seriously. But your current manager, no, unless you’ve applied for a different job that they are hiring.
