We need to be more effort recognizing failures before they cost us $200 million like canopy did. Tgat was a failure before it was started. Nobody got fired.

The lack of accountability for this is astounding, and the root of most quality issues at Ford. When failures aren’t dissected, discussed and learned from, nobody accepts responsibility and they are still employed here, nothing will ever improve.
Remove Ford kids from BoD.

I totally agreed with the idea of having DOFE.
Layoff anyone who have been worki g from home during the past month to the past 3 years.
Reduce management employees by 30%.
Reduce GSR level by 25%
Reduce hourly workers by 25%.
Layoff anyone who are working remotely.
Eliminate anyone who are working in the department of DEI.
Cut spending for any unnecessary travel overseas and domestic.
No more OT unless you are assigned to specific tasks to complete at specific deadline.
Start by letting go all LL2-LL5. Then look into all the boondoggle and airfare expenses supporting Model e leadership who live on the west coast. Tell them to move to MI or resign. Finally, Get rid of all lease cars for LL4+ retirees.
Anybody who was CEO at the failed “canopy security” should be relieved of a paycheck and asked to reimburse the $200 million loss for what they claimed was entirely their idea. Major failure, zero accountability.
It would eliminate anyone with Ford in their name, 90% of the BOD, and model e.
