I am so heartbroken we are going to lose such a gem of a leader. Charlie if you are listening…. do whatever you can to retain him … please .. we won’t be able fill the hole he will leave behind …. put back the asset cap if you have to. Leaders like him are rare in this day and age, like the white hippopotamus.
