8 is Great was an executive plan that failed completely, is regular employees are the ones that fixed things in spite of executives, not because of them. They are useless hacks that don't do S other than produce stupid ideas and give bad interviews.

WE did it. HE did nothing.
Just because CO are being removed does not equal that things are going great. The RCSA experience that I've had (and every other leader that I talk to has had) points to a horribly inefficient process. In my experience, we could have covered 90% of the risk with 10% of the time/expense. My time with the bank is measured in decades and I've never seen anything close to RCSA from an inefficiency perspective.
Glad the CO's are getting knocked down. Extremely disappointed for how wasteful much of RCSA is.
He isn't doing anything... Actual working employees are getting things cleaned-up.
And let's see if the company retains the business lines and volumes needed to justify the stock price in the future.
