You should expect that people will be laid off every Tuesday after payday. Doesn't mean that YOUR area will be impacted just that this is a big company that has repeatedly stated that spending is still at levels that are too high.
Yes, but wouldn't be surprised if delayed a day. Seems like it has with other Monday holidays.
