I got 2 inconsistent and 4 met for year 2024 performance. Overall met.
My supervisor never had much interaction with me throughout the year... but I think this job does not fit my personality anyway.
Do you guys know if this affects my chance to move to a job in another Department within the company?
The LL4 of the other department will block you. Every internal hire I have tried had to get screened from my LL4 for their last 3 performance ratings. An unknown is considered better than a known with issues.
As long as overall rating is met you should not have a problem changing positions.
Don’t change departments. Leave the company. It is really hard to move departments.
At this point in time, this company is managing by fear and intimidation.
If you are fortunate enough to have people leaders who encourage you and highlight accomplishments and achievements consider yourself lucky
The batch of id--ts and sycophants they have an upper management leadership roles that trickles down to the rest of us. Shut up, do what you're told, consider it a privilege we allow you to work here. That'll work makes me want to show up every day.
It's without a doubt one of the lowest periods I've ever seen at this company and I've been around for a long time.
I have no idea if there's a chance to pull out of the tailspin that were in before this place goes bankrupt.

You are not alone. A lot od shxxty supervisors and management did this to people. Most hanging it on behavior despite the person delivering in areas where the leader was an axx.
