So glad to put in my notice. I feel like a weight has been lifted. I have never worked for a bank with such a toxic environment. Every other Tuesday people are worried who will get a pink slip. Doubt it but I hope people sue the board for letting Charlie ruin this company with the offshore cr-p.

@av How is off-shore just about race? US has lost jobs in every dynamic. I believe OP is correctly identifying the economic impact of the situation. It is not about building up DEI..its all about money!!

Racist!!!! Don’t be angry at the company because of the wonderful diverse workforce it has which worked so hard to build. Just because you hate people of color doesn’t mean that’s the cause of your perceived “toxic” work environment. Good riddance, we don’t need you or your toxic type at our company.
Good for you OP. I couldn’t agree more. It would be an interesting case study in many aspects, one of which is how to systematically remake and destroy a culture from within. I have worked for different companies and have seen some crazy stuff but this takes the cake for miles on end. All the best to you.
