If you were fired , you can apply but they arent taking you back unless HR fails to provide that detail and eliminate you from the candidate pool
YES - you can. I know a person who came back to the same LOB but under different leadership and was promoted to senior management levels too.

The poster who said India IQ’s are 82 on average is correct. Actually according to the world population review board, it is 76.24. The US is 97.43. To your erroneous outburst on ‘better educated’, one needs to look at the quality of the so called degrees. It is easy to push people through some watered down, fee simple academy. After all, look at what BNY calls ‘training’. It’s why so many Asian students look to come to the USA. Sorry pal, but India is the soy and tofu of the mentality soup. They are good at copying, plagiarism and mimicry. You may want to do a little follow up and fact checks before you dump garbage here exposing your own low IQ.

At least India workers are much better educated than USA educated people. It’s in the news every day. USA lags all 40 other countries but pays more than all of them combined.
