So many layoffs. Everyone should mass walkout/quit. Form a union.

I got news for you. They want this place run by 18 to 26-year-olds. They know they’ll be on parents insurance.. Meaning they don’t have to pay for their insurance.

You wonder why we’re being spun off. Look what you have running the place. They just push parts. They don’t follow anything. The last game they can play. Hope that they can increase shareholder value through individual companies.

All the experience people will be gone. This is what has become of Honeywell. They need to do this spinoff. They’re done playing the Shell game. Nothing left. Sell it or hope for a mega merger. So they can make their last of their big bucks, while y’all all unemployed.

that office description really hits home. I remember when they told everyone that cubes were going away and to take everything home. open office! aka morale ki-ler. messaged everyone that they were just "guests in a hotel" no ownership, no buyin.
i never brought the stuff back either. it stayed home along with my motivation. 15 years later still dont give a .. hoot.. yeah thats it.. hoot.. about this job. havent worked a full day since like 2010.

so.. what is your post about?
were you just terminated? yep that is how it works.
why experienced employees keep no personal items at work.

i have an office and a door... but the walls are bare , the drawers and filing cabinet are empty. just a broken chair, milsurplus 1950's desk , and honeywell it stuff.
no books, photos , or other signs of life.
