Convinced a family member to leave AT&T a few years ago and come over to Vz since they complained about not having coverage. This person never shared with me the nightmare they went through with Vz. They took advantage of a buy one get one deal and never got the "get one". They called and called and basically told that the employee didn't advised them they needed to sign up their checking account in order to get the "get one".
Then the pandemic hit and then the prices went up. This family member left Vz because they complained that Vz never made things right and they were willing to ignore the issue because they wanted to support me. That changed once prices went up and AT&T called them back and offered the much lower rate. I found this out this weekend. And all this family member's friends and neighbors are switching as well. The one thing they advised me that even when an AT&T employee screws up, the company always corrects it. They advised that getting someone to fix it is impossible and no one listens.
Great job that those in control did around here. Can you hear me now? Now we get to see the outcome this week of how they have sunk this company.
