Fake story at least partially.
A letter was sent out to one person that had the identical last name as somebody else and it was a VP. Only a handful knew of the mistake.

😂 I believe it. We received the wrong letter a week ago with wrong name and wrong manager copied. I got someone else’s letter with THEIR manager copied. They then sent the 2nd version, corrected ones Friday afternoon. I think lawsuit is coming! Your apologies mean nothing to all of us! What an id--t!
