Buddy got tasked to count open parking spaces ever day for next several weeks.
Sounds like HR is prepping for full manadory RTO targetting April to June after hpd finishes. Apparently they want everyone to sign new employment aggreements as part of the deployment.

IST teams were moved to a 4-1 schedule few months ago I hear
Theyd have to layoff a significant number of people to do this in my office. Not impossible of course. But there are more people than desks. We gonna be sitting on the floor in the halls? That cant be the expectation.
RTO is probably true. In an internal job posting, it says the hybrid schedule is subject to change in 2026.
Yeah, "best of both worlds" ain't gonna happen. If Honeywell takes away flexibility, I'll take it right back.
- In the office promptly at 8:00 - out promptly at 4:00 - no matter what.
- No more evening or early morning calls.
- No more business travel outside work hours.
- Honeywell phone is being turned in.
- Laptop stays in the office.
- That unlimited vacation policy is going for a real test drive. (There are 52 Fridays each year you know...)
@dz+1jm8rbtb1 WTF is wrong with picking up your kids when you WFH? I have to leave early to go pick them up anyway when I’m in the office. Oh and if someone want to go do yard work or even go to the driving range for an hour on their lunch break or something also who gives a F?
Great news! WFO 48+ hours + 8 to 16 hrs WFH and get paid for 40.....
Don’t worry we won’t lose our ability to work from home:
We will work from home to support our global workforce and supply chain in addition to coming into the office for 8+ hours 5+ days a week. Management thinks it’s the best of both worlds!
How am I going to do my yard work or pick up my kids from school? I wont be able to go to the driving range either. This is bad!
It's coming, all across the board.
I cant wait to be back full time. The rats in the cafeteria are getting thin.... I can take my naps with my door closed.
Is this in Aero or "Remain Co"?
Haven't heard that at my site, or any rumors on my site leadership meetings. Where I'm at we could have everyone there at the same time and still have a a third-empty parking lot.
employment agreements? deployment of what???
