Someone please ask this question: Is it really your intent to encourage all employees to aspire to be poor performers? (9 months pay is only offered to poor performers.) What do you perceive are the optics here?

This is anonymous boneheads. How is anyone going to know who you are? We're asking for the content, not the email header with your email address in it! What lame excuses.

Agreed, I am @1orv+1jmCzqyG and was just responding to the person who didn't believe there was a VSSP offer to low performers.
You call that a question and an answer? I heard it and did not feel the question was answered properly. Needs to be asked again. No questions other than product questions were shared today.

Clearly you are not a Ford employee, as this was addressed in one of the Town Halls/Ford Blue meetings. Poorly addressed but addressed.
I still can't understand why there is not ONE person who will post the actual text of this purported email about packages for 'poor performers'. It's been a couple weeks now that this story has been going around, and nothing. It certainly makes one wonder if it's true...SMH
OP, why don't you ask yourself?
It is real and was an email sent to all people leaders (ie. LL6).
"9 months pay is only offered to poor performers." I was laid off in August so I obviously don't have access to internal communications anymore. I have read several posts here that have a similar statement. Can someone please document where this is coming from? Was it stated in a town hall? Was it in an email? Where does this come from?
