The feedback here isn't useful at a board level. HR, directors and below. Once you get past the level of they don't know individual employees name and work only with other managers it's not actionable. Can KB make changes on 1400 stores individually?

I'm going to be honest there is very little utility in incorporating these posts at a STRATEGIC level v. an individual contributor level. From a Director down, sure. These posts can have utility, but the BOD? Forecasts, quarterly results, and planning matters not the daily minutia, or the unverified rantings of a bad apple.
