I let my supervisor (a noob at this) do the formality of the 'restructuring' meeting.
I was anticipating this. I lined up another opportunity by applying relentlessly in Dec/Jan timeframe with 28% raise. Starting my new position after Spring break.
Do not, I repeat do not ever accept any meeting invite from your direct manager or mgr from 2 levels up for the Tuesday after payday. Ignore it, don’t even bother to open and just delete it. Make them go find you.
