Yes there are strict standards! Company set out guidelines that DM’s must adhere to, they won’t advertise this, but it’s there and was sent out in writing years back! It’s too easy for DM’s to “play with” these numbers but it has to consistent. If you have a horrible year that the following year you should have soft numbers. They must stay within a range, can’t just Jack numbers around. Wise up! Ask questions! Push back! People are afraid and let themselves be bullied! If you aren’t going to stand up then just keep letting them roll over you!

Objectives are set by DMs. There are no strict standards. Forecasting revenue is like the only job of the DM, numbnuts.

Objectives are set by YOY numbers and the company has implemented rules the DM’s must follow. Don’t let them Jack you up! They have strict guidelines, ask a lot of questions! Push back!

I hope everyone enjoys the $150 "loan" we were given because our company cares so much about our well-being! What they didn't say about the repayment is how much it will actually be. Will they take the full $150 or what we actually took home after taxes and other deductions were made? They didn't think that one out very well did they?

Not sure if everyone looked at their last paycheck. Everyone got a $150 bonus for January, whether you made your number or not, but the real kicker is, it will be deducted back from your quarter check when you at least get a 20% payout for hitting that 92% quarterly goal. Why the h**l would even give everyone a loan no one asked for in the 1st place. Those that did make January got sc--wed out of their bonus on top of that. What a mess.

Once you miss first month with inflated objectives you might as well pack it in for Quarter - plus being reliant on Region Walmarts Is a way not to pay bonuses!! If you hit January and we're having a bad February you lost that first month bonus! How do they start this in a middle of a quarter!

Start with the RDRs, DMs, abs RMSs. They are all useless waste of money anyways. What do they even do but talk on meetings and send emails? Ton of money saved right there.

Why are they very slowly pulling off the band aid? Cutting here, cutting there, just yank it off! End DSD! nothing is going to change, nothing is going to get better. Stores don’t want to give us displays with forced product. You are only ruining relationships month after month with these bullsh-t End of month NOS orders. Cutting deliveries and adding more on one day and overworking people, pi----g everybody off that works for us. Wasting money on stupid apps that aren’t going to help sell. District managers that don’t have our back and don’t do anything but take phone calls and pointless meetings And bonus off of our misery . Mostly everybody I know is over this sh-t…End it already!
